Yes if it's done the same way as RE2r. It has to be done from your systems save data. So if in PS, you gotta go to the saved data management and find the one you want to delete. Slightly cumbersome. Saves are located here: Steam\userdata\\1196590\remote\win64_save. Try disabling steam cloud for Village and exit Steam. Go to saves folder. Make a backup of those files and store elsewhere.
